Where is my progress saved?

Only on your iPhone. Deleting the game deletes your levels, stars, gems and boosters.

How do I see what's under an item?

Press and hold it. Anything lying on top has to go first.

How do I turn reminders off?

Open Settings in the game and turn Reminders off, or go to iOS Settings, then Notifications, then Vanity Jam.

How do I ask for a refund?

Purchases are made through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
